There will be North Precinct officers at the 47/Fremont Starbucks on Friday, June 3rd at 8 am for Coffee With a Cop.
The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve.
By removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood.
This event is presented by the Portland Police Bureau.

Rx Drug Turn In and Shred Event Sat, April 30th
Crime Prevention Coordinator-Communications Stefanie Kouremetis from City of Portland ONI Crime Prevention
Drive up and drop off your unwanted/expired prescription drugs and sensitive documents at Portland Police Bureau’s SE Precinct building. Your documents will be securely shredded on site and the drugs will be incinerated.
When: Saturday, April 30th from 10am-2pm
Location: 4735 E Burnside
Sunshine Division donation barrels will be available for donations of canned food, dry pasta, and gently-used clothing for families-in-need. Tax deduction forms will be provided.
*Acceptable items for Rx drug turn in: Prescription medications and samples, over the counter medications, vitamins, pet medications, medicated ointments, and liquid medication in leak proof containers.
*Items not accepted: Thermometers, Sharps, Syringes, IV bags, bloody or infectious waste, hydrogen peroxide, aerosol cans, inhalers, EpiPens.
*NO SHARPS! (To dispose of sharps, contact Metro at 503-234-3000 orwww.oregonmetro.gov)
*Acceptable items for Shred Event: Up to two grocery bags of documents.
*Items not accepted: cardboard or three ring binders
